Your Nightscout address is the web link you already use to watch the glucose graph in a browser — it usually looks like yourname.nightscoutpro.com, yourname.fly.dev or yourname.herokuapp.com. It's the same address saved inside your uploader app (Loop, Trio, AAPS or xDrip) under its Nightscout settings.

Easiest way: if you have a share link that already contains ?token=…, paste the whole link into the address box — the token will hop into the right field by itself.

Access token — only needed if your site won't open without one. In Nightscout: ☰ menu → Admin tools → Subjects – People, Devices, etc. → add a subject with the readable role, then copy the token it creates. Read-only tokens can't change any settings, so they're the safe kind to share with this page.
